Drita Bronkey is a property management and sales professional with more than 20 years of experience in the manufactured housing industry. Her background includes the practical and administrative demands of managing communities, strengthening revenue performance, and supporting long-term asset value.

Drita later joined Zemer Property Management Consultants as a consultant serving New Mexico. The firm specializes in mobile home park communities and provides comprehensive management services, including rent collection, leasing, delinquency management, property inspections, financial reporting, budgeting, marketing, market surveys, and revenue enhancement. In her consulting role, she draws on an understanding of the operational challenges involved in maintaining successful manufactured housing communities.

Her professional involvement also includes participation in the New Mexico Manufactured Housing Association and the Manufactured Housing Communities of Arizona. Ms. Bronkey attended the 2019 Western Manufactured Housing Communities Association Convention and holds a 2020 gas system certification.

Outside of her professional work, Ms. Bronkey enjoys yoga, spin cycling, hiking, and reading, reflecting interests that balance her career in property management with an active and varied lifestyle.
